MEDIA RELEASE

FOR PARTICIPANTS, COMPETITORS, GUESTS AND CONTRIBUTORS

By signing this release form, I authorize the United States National Drone Association (USNDA) to use the following:

1. My image — including photographic, motion picture, and electronic (video) images.
2. My voice — including sound and video recordings.

I hereby grant USNDA, its subsidiaries, licensees, partners, successors, and assigns the right to use, publish, and reproduce for all purposes my name, image, video likeness, voice recordings, and any print or electronic copy of the materials listed above. This includes use across all forms of media, including but not limited to websites, social media platforms, news outlets, educational materials, live events, broadcast and cable TV, promotional and training materials, and internal or public communications. This permission extends to all formats, markets, and languages now known or later developed. It will remain in effect indefinitely unless revoked in writing by the undersigned.

I further grant USNDA all rights, title, and interest in any finished products, derivatives, or reproductions of my likeness, including the right to edit, distribute, display, or publish such content, and the right to transfer or assign these materials to partners or collaborators for purposes consistent with the mission of USNDA.

I understand that I will not receive compensation now or in the future for the use of these materials. I waive the right to inspect or approve the final content or media in which my likeness or voice appears.
