Scott Helmore is a visionary leader at the intersection of defense innovation and emerging technology, with more than 20 years of experience delivering complex systems and strategic guidance across public and private sectors. He currently serves as Chief Innovation Officer at One Nation Innovation, a nonprofit dedicated to cultivating open innovation ecosystems through collaborative partnerships. In parallel, he is Senior Vice President of Emerging Technologies at Tribalco, where he leads cutting-edge initiatives in AI, autonomous systems, and dual-use technology applications.

Previously, Scott served as the lead acquisition advisor for robotics and autonomous systems within the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment. In this role, he shaped DoD-wide policy, synchronized multi-service capabilities, and advised on major investments to modernize warfighter capabilities. His career has also included senior roles with the Army Futures Command AI Task Force, U.S. Army PEO EIS, and the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology (ASA(ALT))—contributing to multi-billion-dollar programs and transformational IT infrastructure across global operations.
