Currently, he serves as the Strategic Innovation Architect at Collaboration.Ai, where he helps organizations harness untapped networks and knowledge to drive intelligent collaboration and measurable impact. In parallel, Nicholas is the Chief Strategy Officer at both One Nation Innovation, a nonprofit advancing public-private partnerships for U.S. technological leadership, and Bravory Bakehouse™, a purpose-driven brand uplifting military and first responder families through handcrafted treats and meaningful employment.

Nicholas is also the founder of a stealth mode AI startup and a former Operational Technologist with the elite 75th Ranger Regiment.
